O R D E R

No.SO(A&GC)SC/P&SHD/2024,  Dr. Zohaib Hassan (CNIC: 33100-1380314-9), Senior Medical Officer (BS-18), Chief Executive Officer(DHA), Lahore is hereby transferred and directed to report back to Health and Population Department, with immediate effect.

2. Dr. Muhammad Asif Khan (CNIC: 38302-1940356-3), Additional Principal Medical Officer (BS-19), Chief Executive Officer, DHA, Rawalpindi, is hereby transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer (DHA), Lahore, with immediate effect vice Dr. Zohaib Hassan  Khan transferred.

3. Dr. EHSAN GHANI (CNIC: 37405-0522336-3), Additional Principal Medical Officer (BS-19)  District Health Officer (Preventive Services), Rawalpindi, is hereby transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, DHA, Rawalpindi, with immediate effect, vice Dr. Muhammad Asif Khan transferred.

4. Dr. Shahbaz Ahmed (CNIC: 33100-4511129-3), Additional Principal Medical Officer (BS-19) Medical Superintendent, Government General Hospital Samanabad,  Faisalabad, is hereby transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer (DHA), Faisalabad, against the vacant post with immediate effect. He shall hold the additional charge of the post of Medical Superintendent, Government General Hospital Samanabad,  Faisalabad, in addition to his own duties, wih immediate effect.

5. in partial modification of this Department's order No. No. SO(A&GC)SC/P&SHD/20241: dated 11.07.2025 to extent of Sr. No. 02-only, Dr. Muhammad Saqib Munir (CNIC: 33106-5279996-3), Senior Medical Officer (BS-18), is directed to continue as Chief Executive Officer (DHA), Chiniot, in best public interset.

6. Dr. Soban Zia (CNIC: 35202-6466581-5), Senior Medical Officer (BS-18),  District Headquarter Hospital, Sheikhupura, (having Add. Charge of program Director, District Health Development Center, Sheikhupura,  is hereby transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer (DHA), Multan, with immediate effect, by relieving Dr. Jabran Khalil from additional charge of said post.

7. Dr. Muhammad Shahbaz (CNIC: 35202-4706851-7), Additional Principal Medical Officer (BS-19),  Chief Executive Officer (DHA), Narowal, is hereby transferred and directed to report back to Health & population Department, with immediate effect.
