No.SO(S&DC)PPSC/47/Cons-Radiologist/PPSC/2025,Consequent upon the recommendations of the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), Lahore to the post of Consultant Radiologist (BS-18) and acceptance to the offer of appointment letter Number SO(SC)PPSC/07/Cons-Radio/2025, dated 21.03.2025, Dr. Asma Altaf (CNIC: 32203-*******-2), is hereby selected as Consultant Radiologist (BS-18) and posted at  District Headquarter Hospital, Layyah,  against a vacant post with immediate effect, on usual terms and condition as mentioned in the Civil Servant Act, 1974 and the rules made thereunder.

2. The above mentioned Doctor is directed to submit his/her joining at the place of posting within 15-days, failing, the offer of appointment and posting order will be treated as cancelled / withdrawn. He/she will not claim transfer for a period of 01-Year. However, after 01-Year transfer shall be made as per the transfer policy of Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department.

3. During first year of service, no Extra Ordinary Leave (EOL) application will be entertained
