Provincial Minister for P&SHD Khawaja Imran Nazir Visits Minister Complaint Cell at Ufone Call Center



The Minister reviewed the facilities available at the complaint cell, the process for resolving complaints, and the feedback mechanism for patients in detail. Khawaja Imran Nazir inquired with the staff at the complaint cell about the issues faced by patients in hospitals. The Provincial Health Minister also reviewed the statistics of patients benefiting from the "Clinic on Wheels" program. Remarks by Provincial Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir "On the instructions of the Chief Minister of Punjab, the Minister Complaint Cell has been established within the health department to facilitate patients," said Khawaja Imran Nazir. "The formal inauguration of the Minister Complaint Cell will take place in a day or two," he added. Instructions were issued to display the Minister Complaint Cell numbers 042-99200980 or 0332-8609489 prominently in all government hospitals for the public’s awareness. "The Minister Complaint Cell will ensure the prompt resolution of patients' complaints related to public health," stated Khawaja Imran Nazir. "A feedback message regarding the resolution of complaints will also be shared with patients on their mobile phones," he noted. "The resolution of complaints received by the complaint cell will be included in the KPIs to assess the performance of CEOs of health and Medical Superintendents," he concluded.
