Under the supervision of Secretary Health & Population Nadia Saqib, the Punjab Health & Population Department has formally launched Union Council–wise mapping and verification of assigned areas for Community Health Inspectors under the Community Health Inspectors Program, aimed at ensuring effective and equitable delivery of health services.

The process is being directly supervised by Secretary Health & Population, Nadia Saqib, to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and comprehensive field-level coverage.

Under this activity, representatives from nine districts daily are presenting their respective Union Council maps, where the areas and polygons assigned to Community Health Inspectors are being verified.

After the four-day verification process, the final boundaries for each Community Health Inspector will be defined at the health unit level.

This initiative will enable timely and effective door-to-door health service delivery through Community Health Inspectors.

The Secretary Health & Population commended the GIS team for their round-the-clock efforts in completing the mapping process efficiently.
