Training Session for Surveillance Assistants on Flexicare – Healthcare Roster Management System

 

The Health & Population Department Punjab successfully conducted a comprehensive training session for Surveillance Assistants on Flexicare, an advanced Healthcare Roster Management System designed for the online duty roster management of doctors and payroll computation.

The session was organized to strengthen digital governance and enhance operational efficiency across healthcare facilities. The training was led by Abid Ghaffar, Manager MIS PFPP, along with Haseeb Ur Rehman, Statistics Officer PFPP, who provided detailed guidance on system operations, roster management protocols, and payroll integration processes.

Participants gained practical knowledge to facilitate the effective implementation of the application, enhancing transparency, accuracy, and workforce management within the healthcare system.

This initiative reflects Punjab Family Planning Program's continued commitment to digital transformation, capacity building, and efficient service delivery across Punjab’s healthcare network.
