British High Commission Health Team Lead Dr. Bilal Zafar visited the Punjab Health & Population Department and met with Secretary Health & Population Nadia Saquib. The meeting reviewed progress on primary healthcare, with a focus on maternal & child health and nutrition. The delegation appreciated the Government of Punjab’s efforts, especially community health initiatives that are improving service delivery at the grassroots level. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening collaboration and scaling up successful interventions across Punjab.
