Punjab to Hold Chief Minister Special Health Screening Camps on May 14-16

Lahore: Secretary Health and Population Punjab, Nadia Saquib, chaired an important meeting to review arrangements for the three-day “Chief Minister Special Screening Camps / Health Week” to be held across Punjab from May 14 to 16, 2026.

The initiative is part of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s vision of “Healthy Punjab” (Sehat Mand Punjab). These special health camps will provide free medical screening and diagnostic services to citizens, including tests for Hepatitis, Diabetes, Tuberculosis (TB), Malaria, and HIV, along with maternal and child health services and other basic healthcare facilities.

The camps will be established at selected District Headquarters Hospitals (DHQs), Tehsil Headquarters Hospitals (THQs), Maryam Nawaz Health Clinics (MNHCs), and Maryam Nawaz Hospitals across the province.

Special emphasis was placed on ensuring excellent arrangements for public convenience, availability of medicines, and the presence of medical staff at all camp locations.
