Functional Facilitation Center (HISDU) at P&SHD for receiving PERs

It is informed that Facilitaion Center of HISDU at P&SHD shall remain open from 29th April to 1st May (Saturday to Monday) from 10 am to 3 pm for receiving PERs. This shall help in completion of record of Doctors/ Pharmacists and other officer of Dept. All are requested to take benefit of this and convey to your colleagues to use this opportunity to submit PERs.
